Tuesday/ Wednesday: Moon in the sign of Aquarius – Harvest, cultivate, weed, and control pests. ..Most carrot varieties can be harvested anytime from a pencil size on. Also, the larger size carrots have the darker foliage. To harvest, grasp the carrot greens at ground level and pull. In compacted soil, you might need to dig around the carrots with a trowel or fork.
